Properties of CFOOT insoles

 Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate  polymer

Or more commonly known as "EVA" s a type of thermoplastic material that is versatile and widely used in various industries due to its unique properties.

What are the Advantages of using "EVA" for orthopedic  insoles?

Flexibility and Resilience:

EVA materials are known for their flexibility and excellent resilience, making them suitable for applications where cushioning and impact absorption are essential.

Foaming Capability:
EVA can be foamed, resulting in a lightweight material with enhanced cushioning properties. Foamed EVA is commonly used in the production of athletic footwear and other sports equipment.

Impact Absorption:
One of the key benefits of EVA cushioning is its ability to absorb impact and distribute the force over a larger area, reducing the stress on the body or the object. This makes it ideal for use in shoe midsoles and insoles to provide shock absorption during activities like running and walking.

Waterproof and Weatherproof:
EVA is resistant to water and weather elements, making it suitable for outdoor applications and products requiring protection from the elements.
