RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
CFOOT does not provide refunds. We do not provide exchanges for shoes that have been worn. However, if the shoes have not been worn, CFOOT allows exchanges within 7 days of purchase. A receipt is necessary in order to complete an exchange. No exchanges are accepted without receipt or after 7 days of purchase. For exchanges of model with different price, you can pay the balance if it has a higher price, and if the price is lower, you will receive a CFOOT store credit.
